Privaatsuspoliitika
Lühidalt. Kogume ainult neid andmeid, mida teenuse osutamiseks vaja on: e-posti, ettevõtte nime, linna ja sinu valitud ilmareeglid. Me ei müü andmeid, ei kasuta reklaami- ega jälgimisküpsiseid ega analüütikat. Iga kirja lõpus on link, millega tellimuse ühe klõpsuga lõpetad.
1. Kes vastutab
Vastutav töötleja on AdDrives OÜ, registrikood 17565947, käibemaksukohustuslase number EE103013541, aadress Lapi tee 2-3, Väimela alevik, Võru vald, Võru maakond, Eesti. Andmekaitse küsimustes kirjuta markus@addrives.com.

3. Kellele andmeid edastame
Kasutame usaldusväärseid teenusepakkujaid, kes töötlevad andmeid ainult meie juhiste järgi:

Kui andmed liiguvad väljapoole Euroopa Majanduspiirkonda, toimub see Euroopa Komisjoni tüüptingimuste või EL ja USA andmekaitseraamistiku alusel.
4. Kui kaua andmeid hoiame
- Tellimuse andmed: kuni tellimus kehtib, ja pärast lõpetamist kuni 12 kuud, et tuvastada kordussaatmisi ja vaidlusi. Soovi korral kustutame kohe.
- Päringuvormide andmed: kuni 24 kuud.
- Raamatupidamisdokumendid: 7 aastat, nagu nõuab raamatupidamise seadus.
- Tehnilised logid: vastavalt teenusepakkuja tavapärasele säilitusajale, tavaliselt kuni 30 päeva.
5. Küpsised ja brauseri salvestus
Me ei kasuta reklaami-, jälgimis- ega analüütikaküpsiseid. Sinu brauserisse salvestame ainult teenuse toimimiseks vajalikku:

Need on brauseri kohalikus salvestuses ja ei liigu meie serverisse. Makselehel seab Stripe oma küpsised pettuste ennetamiseks, nende kohta vaata Stripe'i privaatsusteadet. Fondid laadime oma serverist, mitte Google'ist.
6. Sinu õigused
Sul on õigus saada teada, milliseid andmeid sinu kohta hoiame, neid parandada, lasta need kustutada, piirata nende töötlemist, esitada vastuväide ja saada oma andmed masinloetaval kujul. Nõusoleku, näiteks sõnumite saamise, võid igal ajal tagasi võtta. Kirjuta markus@addrives.com, vastame 30 päeva jooksul.
Kui leiad, et oleme sinu andmeid valesti töödelnud, võid pöörduda Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni.
7. Agentuuri kaudu saadud kirjad
Kui saad ilmasignaali agentuuri nime all, on sinu andmete vastutav töötleja see agentuur ja AdDrives on tema volitatud töötleja. Tellimuse saad lõpetada iga kirja lõpus olevast lingist.
8. Muudatused
Kui muudame seda poliitikat oluliselt, anname tellijatele sellest e-postiga teada.
Privacy policy
In short. We collect only what the service needs: your email, company name, city and the weather rules you choose. We do not sell data and we use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Every email has a link to unsubscribe with one click.

3. Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions:

Where data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. How long we keep data
- Subscription data: while the subscription is active and up to 12 months after it ends, to detect repeat sends and disputes. We delete it immediately on request.
- Inquiry form data: up to 24 months.
- Accounting records: 7 years, as required by Estonian accounting law.
- Technical logs: according to the provider's standard retention, usually up to 30 days.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. We store only what the service needs to work in your browser:

These live in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our server. On the payment page Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention, see Stripe's privacy notice. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
6. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict processing, to object and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. You can withdraw consent, for example for text messages, at any time. Write to markus@addrives.com, we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we have processed your data wrongly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee, or the authority in your own country.
7. Emails received through an agency
If you receive weather signals under an agency's name, that agency is the controller of your data and AdDrives acts as its processor. You can unsubscribe using the link at the end of every email.
8. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will tell subscribers by email.
